Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below for returns and warranty information.
1. General Conditions
At SunWave Sweden, we strive to provide high-quality infrared heating products that meet our customers' needs. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return or exchange your product in accordance with Swedish consumer law and our company policies.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen, 2005:59), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature once opened.

3. Return Process
To return your item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at info@sunwavesweden.se within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
- Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
- Provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- We will send you instructions on how to return the product to us.
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned product and verifying that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase. The refund process can take up to 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
6. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please ensure that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or faulty product.
7. Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable or non-refundable:
- Custom-made products or products specifically tailored to the customer's specifications.
- Products that have been used or installed (unless faulty) or those that are no longer in their original packaging.

9. Consumer Rights under Swedish Law
This return and refund policy is in compliance with the Swedish Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentköplagen, 1990:932) and the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen, 2005:59). Your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish law remain unaffected by this policy.
10. Warranty
SunWave® offers a 5-year guarantee from the date of purchase for this product, valid only if the device is installed and used according to the provided instructions.
This Guarantee Covers:
- Manufacturing defects, defects in materials, and workmanship under normal use, including the replacement or repair of damaged parts.
This Guarantee Does Not Cover:
- Incorrect installation, problems caused by external factors such as humidity, voltage fluctuations, fire, etc.
- Physical damage due to misuse, or modifications to the product.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
- Contact the authorized SunWave Group distributor in your area.
- Submit the purchase invoice and warranty claim form.
